We begin with a vinyasa flow, easing into breath and presence, followed by an ecstatic dance journey — an intuitive movement experience where you can fully express yourself to a soul-stirring soundscape of world beats, tribal rhythms, and electronic melodies. We close with a meditative cool-down, allowing the energy to settle and integrate.
