Souls In Motion is a dynamic fusion of yoga and ecstatic dance, paired with noise cancelling headphones to deepen the experience, designed to awaken your body, release joyfully, and HAVE FUN!

We begin with a vinyasa flow, easing into breath and presence, followed by an ecstatic dance journey — an intuitive movement experience where you can fully express yourself to a soul-stirring soundscape of world beats, tribal rhythms, and electronic melodies. We close with a meditative cool-down, allowing the energy to settle and integrate.

This is a space for free expression, deep connection, and embodied joy—no choreography, no judgment, just pure movement and rhythm.
